The teams will come up with practically relevant solutions and an implementation plan related to your business challenges. This is a collaboration between the Rotterdam Consulting Club (RCC) and Master Challenge.

The students who will work on your challenge are carefully selected, top class, and highly motivated.

• Students per team: 4-6 student consultants.
• No. of hours spent per team: 10hrs per student consultant per week.
• Duration: 4 - 8 weeks (starting in February), duration depends on the size of the project.
• Supervision: Student teams are supervised and guided by experienced consultants.
• Deliverables: Management presentation and report (in the form of slides) with recommendations and an implementation plan.
• Company time investment: 8-10 hours
• Costs: Starting from €2.000,- (depending on the size of the project)

🏢 Company requirement

• Any company (startup/scale-up/corporate/incubator/NGO) with at least two founders/employees working full time in the company.
• In business for at least 6 months.

💰 Costs

Starting from €2.000,- (up to €6.000,- depending on the size of the project) (ex tax).

Invoicing will be done by Rotterdam Consulting Club.
