In this course a team of master students will help you scale up internationally.

This challenge deals with the strategic question if and how you could grow your company in foreign countries.

  • Course: International Entrepreneurship

  • Students per team: 5 students.
  • Number of teams per challenge: 3-4 (each team will focus on a different country)
  • No. of hours spent per team: 50 hours
  • Duration: January 2024
  • Supervision: Student teams are supervised by lecturers
  • Deliverables: Report with recommendations.
  • Company time investment: 4 hours
  • Matching fee: free of charge

🏢 Company requirement

  • Startups and scale-ups with at least two founders/employees working full time in the company.
  • In business for at least 6 months.

You can submit the challenge directly through the website.

Provide a title in which you mention that you want to (further) scale up internationally. Subsequently, briefly elaborate on your current internationalisation activities (if any) and/or why you want to scale up internationally.

🗓 Planning

  • December 1: Deadline for submitting your challenge
  • December 7 (or sooner): Receiving message if your challenge is approved by the Course Coordinator
  • January 5: Students submit challenge ranking
  • January 7: Our matching algorithm will create teams and matches
  • February 4: Receive the final report
